The President's Working Group on Financial Markets the attached report on terrorism risk insurance today.
Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. also sent the following transmittal letter to Senate Banking Committee Chairman Richard Shelby, Ranking Member Paul Sarbanes, House Financial Services Committee Chairman Michael Oxley and Ranking Member Barney Frank.
