The Air Transportation Stabilization Board (ATSB) has been in contact with US Airways and understands the circumstances surrounding today's filing. The ATSB will continue to work with US Airways as it seeks to restructure and will work with the bankruptcy court to ensure that the taxpayers' interests are protected.
