Treasury Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions Wayne A. Abernathy will visit the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area on Tuesday, April 22, to meet with citizens and local business leaders and highlight the economic benefits of the President’s Jobs and Growth Plan.
Under the plan, more than 4 million Pennsylvania taxpayers will have lower income tax bills in 2003, and more than 1 million business taxpayers can use their tax savings in invest in new equipment, hire additional workers, and increase pay.
