Secretary Snow has a bad chest cold and will not be traveling to the meeting of G7 finance ministers and central bank governors in London , UK , on February 4-5. John B. Taylor, Under Secretary for International Affairs, will represent the U.S. Treasury at the meetings. Secretary Snow will spend the rest of the week at his home in Richmond , VA , and return to Washington , DC , on Monday.
