JS-25WASHINGTON, DC - The Air Transportation Stabilization Board (the Board) confirmed today its conditional approval of the application by US Airways, Inc. for a $900 million loan guarantee under the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act and implementing regulations promulgated by the Office of Management and Budget. The Boards decision was unanimous. The Boards approval is subject to several conditions identified in the Boards letter to US Airways, Inc., which is attached.
