Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan named Governor Donald L. Kohn to serve as the Federal Reserve designee, and Chair, of the Air Transportation Stabilization Board, effective September 1, 2005. Kohn will replace Governor Edward M. Gramlich who is resigning from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, effective August 31, 2005.
