JS-417The table attached estimates the number of taxpayers by state that would benefit from the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003.

The Act will:

 

  • Reduce Taxes
  • Accelerate the 10-Percent Bracket Expansion
  • Accelerate the Reduction in Income Tax Rates
  • Accelerate the Reduction in Marriage Penalty
  • Accelerate the Increase in Child Tax Credit
  • Provide a Reduced Individual Tax Rate for Corporate Dividends and Capital Gains Attachment:
