WASHINGTON – Today, Secretary of the Treasury Scott K.H. Bessent met with Minister of Finance Andrezj Domanski of Poland. Secretary Bessent reaffirmed the United States’ continued cooperation with Poland on sanctions and highlighted the importance of deepening EU alignment with the United States on issues of mutual interest in the context of President Donald J. Trump’s America First agenda, including trade and national security.
During their discussions, Secretary Bessent emphasized the Trump Administration’s firm commitment to a lasting and durable peace for the people of both Ukraine and Russia.
