We will leverage our powerful financial sanctions and other tools to counter rogue regimes, terrorists, and others who threaten American ideals. Treasury will implement The President’s vision by leading freer growth policies in the international financial institutions and advancing fundamental principles of free, fair and reciprocal trade.
