Davos – Earlier today, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin met with Portuguese Finance Minister Mario Centeno. Secretary Mnuchin congratulated Minister Centeno as the new Eurogroup President. The Secretary and Minister Centeno discussed maintain the strong, constructive relationship between the Treasury and the Eurogroup. The Secretary and Minister also discussed the Minister Centeno’s priorities under his presidency and the bilateral economic relationship between the United States and Portugal.
