BALI – Last week, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin met with Emirati Minister of State for Financial Affairs H.E. Obaid Al-Tayer. Secretary Mnuchin and Minister Al-Tayer reaffirmed the importance of the strategic relationship between the United States and the Emirates, and discussed ongoing regional efforts towards combatting illicit finance, specifically regarding countering Iran.
