To Provide Update on Administration's Comprehensive Actions to Combat Global Recession in Advance of G7 and G20 Finance Meetings
WASHINGTON – U.S. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner will speak at a breakfast meeting before the Economic Club of Washington at 8:45am on WEDNESDAY, April 22, 2009 and offer an update on the ongoing efforts the Obama Administration is taking to address the global recession in advance of the G7 and G20 finance ministers meeting later this week. Following brief remarks, Secretary Geithner will participate in a brief question and answer session with the audience.
