Miami-Dade County – On June 15, 2017, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin attended the Conference on Prosperity and Security with government officials and business leaders from the United States and Mexico as well as other Central American countries. Secretary Mnuchin met with his counterpart Mexican Finance Minister Jose Antonio Meade. Discussions focused on ways to combat drug and human trafficking, as well as government corruption, and ways to provide a secure environment for private investment.
