Closeout your LATCF award during the 2026 Annual reporting period. The Annual Obligation & Expenditure Report is now open and is due on March 31, 2026. Based on your remaining LATCF expenditures, you may be able to initiate closeout in this reporting period.
At the end of the Annual Obligation & Expenditure Report, a pop-up box will appear for certain recipients that report that their LATCF funds are fully expended or nearly expended. This pop-up box provides recipients the opportunity to indicate they are ready to close out their LATCF award. If your community is ready to close out, please select yes to the question in the pop-up box. If yes is selected, your community will be automatically directed to complete the closeout report during this reporting period.
Please note: many LATCF recipients have noted that the process to initiate closeout can take under 10 minutes to complete.
