The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing Russia-related General License 53 "Authorizing Transactions for Diplomatic Missions of the Russian Federation Prohibited by Directive 4 under Executive Order 14024", and publishing one Russia-related Frequently Asked Question (1096).
