The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing Venezuela-related General License 31B,"Certain Transactions Involving the IV Venezuelan National Assembly and Certain Other Persons." OFAC is also amending several Frequently Asked Questions (522, 547, 660, 679, and 680).
