The Exhibit 300: Capital Asset Plan and Business Case Summary supports Treasury’s budget justification and reporting requirements for major information technology (IT) and non IT investments as required https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/capital_programming_guide.pdf.  In accordance with the Administration’s transparency initiatives, the Office of Management and Budget launched a Federal Information Technology (IT) Dashboard.  The IT Dashboard promotes accountability by making the Federal IT spending more transparent.  (See Exhibit 300 Attachment)
