The Office of Strategy, Planning, and Performance Improvement (OSPPI) oversees the development of the Treasury strategic plan and implementation of the Department’s organizational performance management framework. The Office of Performance Budgeting (OPB) facilitates the formulation and execution of the budget for optimal performance across bureaus.
Together, they collaborate to create annual budget requests driven by the agency’s strategic goals and objectives, supported by program performance information, and coordinate the Department’s internal data-driven reviews, which leadership uses to manage programs and improve organizational performance.
