VENDOR OUTREACH SESSIONS

NOTE: Please click on the link entitled "Treasury Vendor Outreach Sessions" below to view the FY 2020 Vendor Outreach Sessions. Please review this listing regularly for updates to the schedule.
To schedule an appointment, please do the following:
1. Go to https://sbecs.treas.gov and register your firm to do business with the Department of the Treasury (if you have not already done so). Please read “New to SB-eCS?” before you begin.
2. After registering your firm, log into SB-eCS using your login and password and select “Schedule Vendor Outreach Sessions.”
3. Select the upcoming Vendor Outreach Session and select the counselors you wish to meet with.
4. Print a copy of the appointment schedule and bring it with you to the event.

SPECIAL NOTE for VOS Participants:
Department of the Treasury's VOS are held at 1801 L Street, NW, Washington DC (near Farragut North and Farragut West). You must show a valid ID at the guard desk before entering into the building.
IRS VOS are held at the New Carrollton Building, 5000 Ellin Road, Lanham Maryland 20706, Rm B1-301. Vendors must enter at building A only (adjacent to the New Carrollton Metro Center) unless you have a valid IRS contractor ID badge/parking.
Note: A clearance list is generated based on the registered person's name. If a substitute will attend VOS, please send the name of the person to latonya.D.bowman@irs.gov to add to the clearance list at least 3 days prior to the day of the event. Please add "VOS Participant" to the subject line of the email. All participants must appear on the clearance list, therefore, walk-ins will not be allowed to attend VOS due to security requirements.
Please review the Bureau information below to prepare for VOS attendance. This information will assist you in determining which Bureaus you wish to meet with.

Vendor Outreach Sessions FY 2020
It is with our deepest regret that we must announce the postponement of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), Vendor Outreach Sessions until the Federal government resumes to business as usual. We enjoyed the excellent response from the small business community and our resource partners. Like so many of you, we have spent the last month learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting the business community. For OSDBU, it also means understanding how it affects our Staff, internal and external stakeholders, and then making the necessary adjustments to how we work and carry on our day to day operations. We have one simple objective that guides us which is keep you and our Staff safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every day. With that in mind, we are looking into hosting Virtual Industry Engagements in response to the threat of the Coronavirus. We remain committed to offering technical small business assistance and will continue to maximizing opportunities for small businesses.
