CANCELLATION DATE: February 5, 2003
REASON FOR CANCELLATION: Treasury Directive (TD) 17-01, dated August 10, 1999, is obsolete. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for International Affairs was reorganized. There has also been a significant reduction in the number of actions to be carried out in connection with the subject matter of this delegation. TD 17-01 is canceled.
