The offices within Headquarters are responsible for policy formulation and the overall management of the Treasury Department and are headed by the Assistant Secretaries and Under Secretaries for Domestic Finance, Economic Policy, General Counsel, International Affairs, Public Affairs, Tax Policy, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, and Management.
