REASON FOR CANCELLATION: Treasury Directive (TD) 78-02, dated December 11, 2009, is no longer needed. Copiers will be procured in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 39.2 – Electronic and Information Technology and the Section 508 compliance regulations established by the federal government. TD 78-02 and Treasury Directive Publication (TD P) is cancelled.
