Lincoln Hall  ($29,500,000)

The construction of Lincoln Hall will provide Northern State University with expanded space to house the NSU School of Business and the South Dakota State University (SDSU) Accelerated Nursing program as well as flexible space for community use and programming, including career fairs, healthcare clinics, and a start-up center for local entrepreneurs.

Black Hills State University-Rapid City ($8,000,000)

The construction of an addition to the current Black Hills State University-Rapid City (BHSU-RC) facility will house the West River Health Sciences Center (WRHSC) and the South Dakota State University (SDSU) Nursing programs and provide a flexible learning space to be used for health science-related fields and to host a variety of programs and educational events that draw community members to campus to promote education, workforce, and economic development for the region.

Department of Health Workforce Development and Education Center ($75,365,000)

The construction of the Department of Health Workforce Development and Education Center will provide public access to computers and Wi-Fi to enable community members to complete job searches, prepare resumes, submit job applications, and conduct telehealth appointments.
