SUBJECT: Delegation of Authority to Assistant Secretary (Domestic Finance) to Act for the Secretary of the Treasury as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
By virtue of the authority vested in me as Secretary of the Treasury, and in accordance with the Bylaws of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") as amended March 21, 1982 (29 C.F.R. 2601.3(c), 2601.8), I hereby delegate to the Assistant Secretary (Domestic Finance) the authority to approve proposed PBGC regulations on my behalf and designate the Assistant Secretary (Domestic Finance) as my representative with authority to attend, participate in, and vote at meetings of the PBGC Board of Directors. This delegation and designation shall be effective until withdrawn.
