This report is a cumulative survey, sourced from the Monthly Servicer Survey, of HAMP application activity and complies with Section 1483 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. It shows the number of requests received, processed, approved, and denied by each servicer for each month and program to date.
