WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of the Treasury today announced that Secretary Jacob J. Lew will travel to Shanghai, China for the G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting, followed by visits to Beijing and Hong Kong.
On February 26-27 in Shanghai, Secretary Lew will attend the G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting. While in Shanghai, he will meet with his international counterparts to discuss global economic and financial developments.
On February 28-29 in Beijing, Secretary Lew will continue discussions on the state of the global economy with senior government officials and members of the business community.
On February 29-March 1 in Hong Kong, Secretary Lew will meet with his counterparts and members of the business community.
