SSBCI Capital Program Overview
A group of four tribal governments that applied jointly through the Intertribal Holdings, LLC, approved for, approved for up to $5,152,021, operates one equity/venture capital funds program The equity/venture capital funds program expects to commit capital to 2-5 eligible venture capital funds to support the financing needs of qualified small businesses. The program is expected to target businesses in the healthcare and energy sectors with a specific focus on start-up businesses. The Intertribal Holdings consortium expects the program to create quality jobs for tribal members, provide entrepreneurship opportunities, and enhance the quality of healthcare across Indian Country.
