WASHINGTON - On Wednesday, January 21, Secretary Lew will preside over an open session of the Financial Stability Oversight Council (Council) at the Treasury Department. The preliminary agenda for the open session includes an update on benchmark reform efforts and a discussion of the Council’s process for considering nonbank financial companies for potential designation.

The deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, January 20 at 12:00 p.m.
Media attending with camera equipment must arrive at the South entrance (15th Street and Alexander Hamilton Place) at 1:00 p.m. to allow time for equipment sweeps and set-up. Late arrivals will not be granted entrance. No vehicles will be permitted onto Treasury grounds; equipment must be carried in. All other media should arrive by 2:15 p.m. at the North entrance (15th Street and New York Avenue).
