WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of the Treasury today announced that Under Secretary for International Affairs Nathan Sheets is traveling to Bogota, Colombia and Mexico City, Mexico August 20-21, 2015.
On August 20 in Bogota, Under Secretary Sheets will discuss the state of Colombia’s economy and the regional and global economy with counterparts at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the Central Bank of Colombia, as well as with other government officials, members of the private sector, and business leaders. Under Secretary Sheets will also discuss Colombian and global economic issues with students at the University of Los Andes. This event is closed press.
On August 21 in Mexico City, Under Secretary Sheets will continue discussions on the regional and global economic outlook with senior government officials and business leaders including at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the Bank of Mexico.
