Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance (FACI) To Meet November 4

WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, November 4, 2015, the Department of the Treasury’s Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance (FACI) will convene in open session.  During this meeting, the FACI will discuss a number of issues, including the forms and prevalence of alternative risk-sharing mechanisms, affordability in the National Flood Insurance Program, national and global developments on cybersecurity and the insurance sector, and important developments at the International Association of Insurance Supervisors.  The Committee will also receive updates from its subcommittees.
