The ConneCTed Communities Grant Program, a competitive grant program, will fund broadband infrastructure designed to deliver service that supports the statewide goal of universal access to affordable, resilient, and reliable internet access.

Connecticut Education Network (CEN) Broadband Infrastructure Program ($70,894,891)

The Connecticut Education Network (CEN) Broadband Infrastructure Program will fund broadband infrastructure serving community anchor institutions (CAIs) currently lacking access to Internet service that delivers speeds at or above 100/20 Mbps.

Multi-Purpose Community Facilities

New Haven Adult & Continuing Education Center ($19,975,000)

Connecticut will use this CPF award to fund the renovation and expansion of the New Haven Adult & Continuing Education Center to connect residents ages 17 and older to comprehensive academic, health monitoring, workforce training, and career counseling programs.

Manchester Public Library ($5,000,000)

The construction of the Manchester Public Library will provide public Wi-Fi and access to computers connected to the internet.
