OTA contracts for independent (third-party) evaluations of technical assistance engagements. Independent evaluation reports assess and document the extent to which project-specific outcomes are achieved for each technical assistance engagement. The results and lessons gained from evaluations will be integrated, as appropriate, into future technical assistance activities, and are made available to the public as required by the Foreign Aid Transparency and Accountability Act.
