The Completing Access to Broadband (CAB) program is a competitive grant program that aims to create a partnership between the state, counties, and internet providers to build broadband infrastructure and provide service to areas that lack adequate access to internet.

Stop-Gap Program ($82,196,188)
Building off previous ARPA investments in broadband, the program aims to extend service to households and businesses in locations not reached by the state’s two other broadband grant programs – the Growing Rural Economies with Access to Technology (GREAT) Program and the Completing Access to Broadband (CAB) Program.
