Quarterly Reporting Guidance

  • All Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA1 and ERA2) Recipients must submit full compliance reports each calendar quarter throughout their award period of performance. Unless otherwise noted, the quarterly reports are due by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarterly reporting period.

  • ERA1 Q4 2022 Reporting Note: Please note, ERA1 Grantees that received reallocated funds, in any reallocation round, must submit a Q4 2022 Quarterly Report prior to being granted access to the ERA1 Final Report. ERA1 Grantees that received only initial award funds (including redirect funds) do not have to submit a Q4 2022 Quarterly Report.
  • ERA1 & ERA2 Monthly Reporting Note: ERA1 and ERA2 grantees were required to provide monthly reports through June 30, 2022.

All ERA Recipients must use either ID.me or Login.gov to access Treasury’s portal for reporting.

All ERA Recipients must also designate their official Points of Contact.
