All ERA2 recipients (States, Territories, and local governments) have compliance and reporting requirements that support transparency, responsibility and equity in use of ERA funds. Each ERA2 recipient must submit full quarterly compliance reports via Treasury’s portal throughout the ERA2 award period of performance. All ERA Recipients must use either ID.me or Login.gov to access Treasury’s portal for reporting.
