Quarterly Reporting Guidance
- All Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA1 and ERA2) Recipients must submit full compliance reports each calendar quarter. Unless otherwise noted, the Quarterly Reports are due by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarterly reporting period. Tribes, Tribally Designated Housing Entities, and the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands are required to submit only a subset of data elements for their Quarterly Reports.

Quarter 1 2022 Quarterly Reports are Due April 15, 2022. Treasury’s Portal is available for Submitting Quarter 1 2022 Reports Now.
- Updates to Treasury’s Portal for Quarter 1 2022 Reports
- Transition from DUNS number to Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). See ERA Reporting Guidance v 3.2 Figure 12, p. 14 for details.
- Change in Financial Reporting/SF-425 process. Recipients will no longer upload an SF-425 form, rather recipients will submit financial reporting data directly into the portal. See the ERA Reporting Guidance v 3.2 pp. 33-34 for more information.
- The seven bulk upload template files (as of 3/31/2022) are available for download from the “Bulk Upload Templates and Instructions” tab on Treasury’s portal. Minor edits have been made to the file names, help text, and the picklist values to clarify reporting requirements.
Information for Tribes, TDHEs and DHHL
- Tribes, Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHE), and the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) are required to submit only a subset of data elements for their Quarterly Reports. See Appendix 1 of the ERA Reporting Guidance v 3.2 for a list of the data points that Tribes, TDHEs and DHHL recipients are required to report quarterly

Accessing Treasury’s PortaL
All ERA Recipients must use either ID.me or Login.gov to access Treasury’s portal for reporting.
